Great taste is everything – which is why we only use the finest, freshest ingredients. We also source seasonal, local produce where we can, because we think food tastes better when it doesn’t have to travel for miles. Using our custom built trailer which boasts a whole range of cooking methods, we can smoke, grill & spit roast in front of your guests for added theatrics. Rain is no problem for us, our trailer is covered and we have a commercial gazebo to protect all the great food.
